Winter Storm Slowing Every Form Of Transportation

Doesn't matter what you're driving, it's been slow going all day. Buses and tractor trailers were among the vehicles that got stuck. Some Port Authority service has been suspended because of the conditions; KDKA's David Highfield reports.
