Corbett Defending Decision To File Lawsuit Against NCAA

Gov. Tom Corbett is getting a lot of heat today for his change of heart on the NCAA sanctions against Penn State. But he still defends his decision to file an anti-trust lawsuit against the organization; KDKA's Marty Griffin reports.
