Wagner: Allegheny Co. Taxpayers Pay More Than Law Allows
Allegheny County property owners will pay more in taxes than the law allows. That's the charge today from County Controller Chelsa Wagner. She says County Council failed to use the latest assessments in setting the tax rate; KDKA's Jon Delano reports.
