Corbett Outlines Plan To Open Up Liquor Sales
Gov. Tom Corbett outlined his plan to open up liquor and beer sales in Pennsylvania today. He estimates the plan will generate a billion dollars in revenue as well as get the state out of the alcohol business; KDKA's Paul Martino reports.
