Governor Outlines Plan To Privatizes Liquor Sales
Gov. Tom Corbett promised that he would do it, and while in Pittsburgh today, he officially laid out his proposal. He wants to put an end to state stores by privatizing the sale of liquor, wine, and beer; KDKA's Paul Martino reports.
