Father Remains In Jail After Child Is Saved From Burning Car

A young father and his 1-year-old daughter are lucky that they weren't injured or killed in a car fire. Police say the man was passed out on heroin and his clothes caught on fire from a cigarette; KDKA's Marty Griffin reports.
