Winter Storms Sometime Difficult To Predict
The remains of a late winter snow storm are quickly melting, but it was a mess this morning as people tried to make their way through several inches of snow. The storm dumped nearly a foot of snow in some places, but not the places that were expecting big snow totals. So, what changed? Those who forecast the weather for KDKA say mother nature is just like that sometimes; KDKA's Ken Rice reports.
