City Council Debates, Takes No Action On Issue Of Officers’ Side Jobs

Pittsburgh City Council is trying to get a handle on one of the issues at the center of the city police scandal. But after plenty of debate today, there was still no action on the issue of officers' side jobs and how to control the funds tied to that work; KDKA's Harold Hayes reports.
