Last year, former Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl asked Gov. Corbett to end Pittsburgh’s Act 47 financially distressed status. But earlier this year, Mayor Bill Peduto disagreed. Today, the governor made his decision; KDKA's Jon Delano reports.
