LIHEAP Enrollment

The Allegheny County Department of Human Services announced that the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is accepting applications to help pay regular monthly heating bills. For more information on how to enroll, visit their website. You can also call toll-free 866-857-7095.

To qualify a family of four cannot exceed the annual income of $35,280. The minimum grant is $300.
