Charges Filed Against Suspect In Flashing Incidents

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Police have filed charges against a Westmoreland County man for allegedly flashing several teenage girls this week as they walked home from school.

David Perkins, 26, of Greensburg, is charged with three felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor as well as indecent exposure, stalking, open lewdness and related charges.

Perkins told police he was under the influence of both Xanax and alcohol when he allegedly flashed girls Wednesday afternoon in Jeannette.

More charges are expected in connection with incidents in Hempfield Township.

Police say they will arrest Perkins once he is released from a mental health facility that he voluntarily entered after the incidents.
