Former three-time All-American running back at Pitt Tony Dorsett joined Seibel and Starkey on Sportsradio 93-7 The FAN to talk about his alma mater Pitt, the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Steelers-Ravens matchup coming up on Saturday.

Given that the city is excited about the NFL playoffs and the rivalry between the Steelers and Ravens, Tony talked about his biggest rivals during his playing time in the NFL and what each team needs to focus on in order to win come Saturday.

According to Tony, this is the best rivalry in football right now and it has become that because of the way the two teams play.

Tony also talked about the three running backs up for the Hall of Fame this year and talks about his close friend and fellow Pitt Alum Curtis Martin.

Talking more about Pitt football, Tony gave us his impressions of what has been going on in regards to the search for a new head voach after Dave Wannstedt and says sometimes change is necessary, but there is a right way to go about it.

Dorsett talked to new head coach Todd Graham recently about the high school recruit close to breaking all of his records in Rushel Shell and said he’ll do everything he can to help the program land the top recruit.
