3 Arrested In Westmoreland County Drug Raid

GREENSBURG (KDKA) -- A local school district employee is facing charges for allegedly running a drug organization.

State police say David Greece and Paula Greece, both 53 and from Latrobe, and 32-year-old Patricia Tuscano were arrested Thursday after a year-long investigation.

According to investigators, David Greece is a maintenance supervisor for the Greensburg Salem School District.

Investigators say Greece also allegedly ran a drug operation. He is accused of distributing drugs to mid-level and street-level drug dealers in southwestern Pennsylvania.

State police obtained search warrants for three locations involved in Greece's alleged drug organization. Authorities have not released those addresses.

During the raid, police seized 42 firearms, nearly $135,000 in cash and more than a kilo of cocaine which had a street value of over $100,000.

State police believe the cocaine may have originated from Columbia.

David Greece, Paula Greece and Tuscano face a list of charges including, intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Authorities do not believe David Greece distributed drugs in the school.

State police in Greensburg say they expect to make more arrests in connection to the investigation.
