Blood and Turf

Equal parts (and you can pre-batch and make a huge pitcher for parties, OR you can do 1oz each for individuals)
Glenfiddich 12
Pear Liquor
Orange Juice (Fresh)
Lillet Rouge or other Sweet Vermouth
Orange Peel Garnish for aroma and taste

Manhattan Steeler (Rob Roy Variation)

2 Oz Glenfiddich Scotch
1/2 Oz of Sweet Fragrant Vermouth
2 Dashes of Peach Bitters
Lemon twist
