Clarion Co. Man Arrested By Child Predator Unit
CLARION (KDKA) – A Clarion County man was arrested Thursday and charged for allegedly sending sexually explicit videos to an undercover agent he thought was a 13-year-old girl.
According to the Attorney General's Office, 39-year-old Vincent Elliott, of Clarion, sent two videos of himself committing lewd acts to the Attorney General's Child Predator Unit agent.
In addition to asking to meet the "girl" for sex, Elliott also allegedly sent links to pornographic Websites and sexual messages.
He is now facing two counts of unlawful contact with a minor and two counts of criminal use of a communications facility.
Unlawful contact with a minor is a first-degree felony that can carry a maximum of 20 years in prison. The second charge is a third-degree felony that can carry a maximum of seven years in prison.
He was jailed in lieu of $100,000 and faces a preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
