Graham Excited About Upcoming Scrimmage

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Pitt Panthers head football coach Todd Graham joined the FAN Morning Show to talk about his team's upcoming scrimmage.

He is excited to see both how guys make plays and how players will react to adversity on the field. Graham wants to make sure his young players are maturing and the veterans are taking the leadership role.

The coach talked about the new system he will be implementing at Pitt and how different it is compared to the rest of college football. But he reiterated that his offense will be a run-play, action-pass team.

Graham will also be implementing a very fast-paced offense. He believes that a team that snaps the ball more has a better chance at winning and that is why he plans to snap the ball 80 plus times on offense.

Before Graham was hired as the head football coach, there was controversy surrounding the position. Graham talks about how he has changed the attitude toward Pitt football and brought some excitement back to the team.
