Beaver Co. Man Convicted In Shooting Sentenced
BEAVER (KDKA) -- A Beaver County man who was convicted earlier this year in a shooting that injured his wife and left her friend dead was sentenced.
Greg Baker, 57, was charged in the shooting death of 48-year-old Thomas Dougherty.
Baker's ex-wife, Linda Baker, was also wounded in the December 2009 shooting in an East Rochester shopping plaza parking lot.
The trial started back in February.
A jury found Baker guilty of third-degree murder and aggravated assault on Feb. 16.
The judge ordered Baker to spend 30 to 60 years in prison.
