WVU's Kevin Jones To Enter NBA Draft

Just like Pitt guard Ashton Gibbs, West Virginia forward Kevin Jones has submitted his name to enter into the 2011 NBA Draft.

Like Gibbs, Jones will not hire an agent which means he'll be able to withdraw his name and return to school.

West Virginia head coach Bob Huggins had this to say about the decision, "Kevin will go through the process in a systematic and professional manner by exploring the situation and leaving open his option to come back. If he decides there is an opportunity out there for him, he will have 100 percent support of the Mountaineer basketball program as was the case with Joe Alexander and Devin Ebanks."

Jones has until May 8th to officially remove his name from the draft.

In 33 games this season, Jones averaged 13.1 points and 7.5 rebounds per game.
