Local Fighter Meza-Clay Talks to JB
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - Rankin native and former IBA super featherweight world champion Monty Meza-Clay sat down with 93.7 The Fan's Jon Burton to discuss his Saturday night bout at Stage AE on the North Shore, as part of the "Easter Explosion" series.
Meza-Clay addressed such topics as what it means to be a Pittsburgher with the opportunity to fight in his hometown, how he feels about former boxer Roy Jones Jr. as a promoter, and what he thinks of his opponent in Saturday's main event, Oscar Cuero.
