Correia: Money Well Spent
Pittsburgh (KDKA)- GM Neal Huntington and the Pirates brought RHP Kevin Correia here to stabilize the starting rotation. He's not only done that, Correia has arguably been the team's best player.
Correia will take to the mound tonight as the Pirates take on the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 2 of their 4-game series.
Correia signed a 2-year deal with the team over the winter and has been worth every cent.
The right-hander has allowed two earned runs or less in five of his seven starts.
