COOLSPRING TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A man is dead after a vehicle ended up on its roof overnight in Mercer County.

Officials say the accident happened after 10 p.m. Saturday on state Route 62 in Coolspring Township, but wasn't discovered until just after 6:45 a.m. Sunday.

State police in Mercer County have identified the driver as 25-year-old Albert Mount, of Mercer.

According to state police, the vehicle was head south on state Route 62 when it went into the northbound lane. It then traveled back into the southbound lane – spinning all the way around.

The vehicle then left the road and traveled south for about 170 feet before hitting a traffic sign and fence, and then it rolled onto its roof, state police said.

The driver was taken to Grove City Medical Center, but died.
