Crohn's and Colitis Team Challenge
Come train for the half marathon that will help a great cause and build up your endurance! 1.4 million Americans have Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, two painful, seldom-discussed and often isolating digestive diseases. The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America wants your help to fight this disease. The Team Challenge is the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America's Endurance Training program for walkers and runners. The Western PA/West Virginia Chapter is now recruiting for the Las Vegas Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon, taking place on the Las Vegas Strip, at night, on December 4, 2011. It is also the world's largest nighttime running event. Information Meetings start in August—where you can learn more about the program and sign up.
