PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) -- Allegheny County Councilman Matt Drozd talks with KDKA Radio's Mike Pintek on his views of shipping criminals overseas.

Drozd came up with a solution to finding space for criminals and shared it with Mike Pintek and KDKA callers.
