Pittsburgh (KDKA)- The first of the many injured Pirates are ready to return.

Prior to tomorrow's game vs. Houston, the Bucs will activate lefty Joe Beimel from the disabled list.

To make room for Beimel, the Pirates have optioned pitcher Daniel Moskos to Triple-A Indianapolis.

The decision came down to Moskos or Tony Watson and they decided to keep Watson.

In addition, pitcher Ross Ohlendorf (right shoulder posterior strain) will begin a rehab assignment tonight with Single-A Bradenton. Infielder Steve Pearce (right calf strain) had his rehab assignment today transferred from Single-A Bradenton to Triple-A Indianapolis.
