PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- "The Dark Knight Rises" will be filming in downtown Pittsburgh Friday and that means another set of road closures.

Starting Thursday night through 6 a.m. Saturday, the following streets will be closed.

  • Third Avenue from Cherry Way to Market Street
  • Fourth Avenue from Cherry Way To Stanwix Street
  • Wood Street from the Boulevard of the Allies to Forbes Avenue
  • Smithfield Street from Boulevard of the Allies to Forbes Avenue

The Boulevard of the Allies will be open, although production crews will be parked in the curb lane.

The Fourth Avenue parking lot and garage will also be open for commuters.

Pedestrians will have limited access to the sidewalk during filming and there's a possibility of short delays, according to the Pittsburgh Film Office.
