17-Year-Old Reported Missing In Moon Twp.

MOON TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- Police are looking for a missing teenager.

Savannah Clark, 17, of Moon Township, ran away from home on Aug. 6.

The girl's mother contacted police, posted fliers and even created a Facebook page and a blog to help find her.

"If she is upset or there's something wrong, I want her to know that it's all fixable," Michelle Stiehl, Clark's mother, said. "I just want to know and her friends and her family just want to know that she's okay and we love her."

"I mean, we've talked to friends, friends of friends," Moon Township Police Capt. Jeff Seamon said. "We've followed up on Facebook, on emails, text messages and we have no clues as to where she might be at this time."

The Moon Area School District also issued an alert on its website.

Police are focusing on an older boyfriend. They're worried that the two of them may have left town.
