Fayette Co. Couple Arrested In Child Abuse Case
NORMALVILLE (KDKA) - A Fayette County couple has been arrested in a child abuse case.
According to police, Earl Ritenour, 21, and Kristen Eicher, 19, of Normalville allegedly beat their 7-week-old son and daughter.
The babies suffered multiple rib and other fractures.
Doctors at Children's Hospital said, "The level of violence in this home is extensive."
Ritenour and Eicher are charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Both are in the Fayette County Jail on $15,000 bail.
