PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A Catholic priest facing theft charges waived his right to a preliminary hearing in court today.

According to the criminal complaint, Father Drabiska signed a statement admitting he stole “between approximately $125,000 to $180,999 in loose cash” from the collection basket between 1999 through 2009.READ MORE: UPMC Doctors Trying To Raise Awareness About Benefits Of Naps For First Responders
Drabiska turned himself into authorities last week.
