Heinz Red Zone: Slow Cooker Beef Barbecue
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- No Steelers fan wants to spend all day in the kitchen on game day -- which is where slow cookers come in handy!

KDKA Steelers Huddle "Heinz Red Zone Recipes": Slow Cooker Beef Barbecue
Ingredients
4 pounds chuck roast
2 sweet white onions, chopped
2 tablespoons Heinz® Distilled White Vinegar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons Heinz® Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 cups Heinz® Ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Heinz® Spicy Brown Mustard
Sea salt to taste
1/2 cup water
10 whole wheat buns
Coleslaw
Preparation
1. Cut meat into 2-inch cubes. Place ingredients into slow cooker in order. (Do not stir.)
2. Cook on high for 8 hours. (About 2-3 hours into cooking, stir the ingredients.) The beef will shred when done.
3. Serve on whole wheat buns with coleslaw.
