PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Pitt announced Thursday that power forward Nasir Robinson will have surgery on his right knee Friday morning.

Robinson is expected to miss three to four weeks, but could potentially return in time for the Panthers season opener Nov. 11 against Albany.

Robinson missed games at the start of last season because of knee surgery as well. This is the second surgery to his right knee.
