
WASHINGTON, Pa. (KDKA) –The Washington County District Attorney’s Office will seek the death penalty against one of three people accused of robbing and killing their neighbor in Washington County.
According to police, 92-year-old Evelyn Stepko, was stabbed in her Coal Center home on July 18.

Diane McClelland is facing charges of conspiracy and hindering apprehension.
David J. McClelland is facing charges of conspiracy, receiving stolen property and criminal homicide.

All three were formally arraigned today, but the death penalty will only be sought for David A. McClelland.
