On Saturday, a security guard noticed the 8-year-old wandering around near the valet area of the casino. He notified police who reviewed the surveillance tapes. The footage showed Quach inside playing blackjack.

Trooper Adrian Lapaglia tells KDKA’s Kym Gable Quach had over $500 in gaming chips and didn’t appear to have plans of leaving.

Quach told police she and her daughter took a bus to the casino on Saturday because she left her car there the night before after having too much to drink.
