Flames, Smoke Engulf Home In Forward Township

FORWARD TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A fire sent emergency crews to a home in Forward Township late Saturday evening.

Officials say the house is located on Wall Road.

At least four fire companies responded to the scene, but crews called for additional help around 11 p.m.

Officials say an elderly man lived in the home, but he was able to get out without any injuries.

There has reportedly been a partial collapse at the house, and it's expected to be a total loss.
