Study Focuses On Increasing Adoptions In U.S.

PITTSBURGH (NEWSRADIO 1020 KDKA) -- The KDKA Afternoon news was joined by Rita Soronen, head of the Dave Thomas Foundation. 

A new study details the steps the authors say can nearly double the number of foster children adopted in the United States every year.
