NBC Hockey Analyst Doc Emrick Talks Pens, Realignment
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) -- NBC Hockey Analyst Doc Emrick joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller to talk about everything NHL from possibly realignment to the play of the Pens so far this season.
When it comes to the rumors or realignment, Emrick said it hasn't even been put to a vote yet, and while the NHL is trying to start new rivalries, he can't see them getting rid of the ones they already established.
The Pens have played this year through a number of injuries, and Emrick talked about how impressed he has been with this team, and particularly the coaching staff which has held it together.
We wrapped things up with Doc getting his thoughts on the next game he'll be calling, tomorrow night's matchup between the Flyers and Sabres.
