Some Find PA Liquor Control Board Ad Offensive

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) -- "She didn't want to do it, but she couldn't say no."

This is the text that is displayed on one of the new ads in a campaign from the PA Liquor Control Board against Teen and Young Adult drinking.

KDKA Radio's Mike Pintek talks with Clarion University of Pennsylvania Senior and Women's Issues Advocate Brittany Bender.

Bender explained why the ad offended her and how the ad can easily be misconstrued in the viewers' eyes. She explains that she feels it is, "placing blame on the victim."
