Sheriff's Deputies Arrest "Most Wanted" Burglary Probation Violator

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The Allegheny County Sheriff's Office says sheriff's deputies have arrested another of Allegheny County's Most Wanted.

Working off a tip from a viewer of Comcast "Fugitive Files," authorities say sheriff's deputies arrested 26-year-old Timothy Gordon III at a house on Kelly Street in Homewood Friday.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Gordon was wanted for violating his probation on burglary, firearms and other charges.

Investigators say Gordon failed to keep in contact with his probation officer as part of the conditions of his parole. Warrants were issued for his arrest back in November.

Authorities say sheriff's deputies also arrested 21-year-old Ashley Lewis at the house in Homewood. She was wanted for on a domestic relations warrant in Venango County.

Both Gordon and Lewis were taken to the Allegheny County Jail. Lewis will be taken back to Venango County.
