PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) - Former NHL goalie and current St. Louis Blues commentator Darren Pang joined Seibel, Starkey and Miller on Sportsradio 93.7 The FAN to help preview tonight's Pens-Blues game.
Being a former goaltender, Pang gave us some insight into the 22nd consecutive appearance Marc-Andrew Fleury will make tonight, and whether or not the Pens need to be careful of using him too much. Pang said when your goalie is riding a hot streak like Fleury currently is, you keep sending him out there.
Pang is really looking forward to tonight's game after watching the Pens play the Capitals on Sunday, particularly getting to see Evgeni Malkin who he said the sky is the limit for right now given the way he is playing.
