The American Association of University Women stop by the Pittsburgh Today Live kitchen to show off one of the tasty recipes from their cookbook, “Foods We Learned to Love.”

1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese
1 cup apricot preserves
1 cup pineapple preserves
1/4 cup horseradish
1 tsp. black pepper
Crackers of your choice

Mix preserves, horseradish and pepper and spread over block of cream cheese. Serve with wheat thins or other crackers of your choice. Barbara says, “This is a popular item often served at my church’s Bible Study meetings.”
