PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — In beating Butler, 68-62, Wednesday night, Pitt (20-16) advanced to a best-of-three final against Washington State in the College Basketball Invitational.

The Cougars (18-16) defeated Oregon State, 72-55, Wednesday night to advance.

Washington State will host Game 1 in Pullman, Wash., Monday. Tipoff is set for 10 p.m. and the game can been seen on HDNet. Game 2 comes back to the Petersen Events Center on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. tip.

Game 3 (if needed) is Friday, March 30, and is also in Pittsburgh. Tip will be at 7 p.m.
