Pittsburgh Federation Of Teachers President Talks Cuts

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) -- Nina Esposito-Visgitis, of the Pittsburgh Federation of Teachers, spoke with KDKA Radio's Robert Mangino on future teacher cuts.

The Pittsburgh School District plans to layoff 400 teachers.

Mangino asks why alternative ideas haven't been suggested. He wants to see less teachers unemployed.
