Drivetime with Vinnie Richichi-Road Test 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL 4 Motion
In a crowded class of compact crossover/SUV's, Volkswagen's Tiguan stands tall...literally. A high roofline and lots of glass make VW's freshly facelifted hauler feel roomy and gives it great visibility from the drivers seat. It's a car that you can tell the kids in the adjustable back seat to sit up straight in and not worry about someone bumping their heads. It is one of the more comfortable cars in this class both for driver and passengers. Add to that the smooth VW 2.0 litre Twin Turbo engine and IIHS Top Safety Pick status and you get a small family car that is worth a look when you go car shopping.
