Protestors Arrested At Downtown Transit Rally

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police made arrests at a transit rally at Fifth and Wood in downtown Pittsburgh.

Police made about a dozen arrests for disorderly conduct and obstructing traffic.

The protestors sat down in the middle of Fifth Avenue by Wood Street and would not disperse when police told them to do so.

In blocking traffic, protestors say it shows how traffic will be blocked when transit cuts go through.
