Man Claims To Be Jerry Sandusky Victim No. 2

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A man has come forward claiming to be Victim No. 2 in the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.

Mike McQueary testified that he witnessed that boy being sexually assaulted in the locker room showers by Sandusky.

The alleged victim is now threatening to sue Penn State and his lawyers say they've gathered overwhelming evidence of abuse both before and after the 2001 incident, including voicemails recorded just months before Sandusky's arrest last year.

The following call was made to Victim No. 2 on Sept. 9, 2011.

"…Just calling to see you know whether you had any interest in going to the Penn State game this Saturday. Uh, if you could get back to me and let me know, uh, I would appreciate it and when you get this message, uh, give me a call and I hope to talk to you later. Thanks. I love you."

Jurors convicted Sandusky last month of offenses related to Victim No. 2.

Penn State said it was taking the case seriously but would not comment on pending litigation.
