State Police: Suspect Cuts Hair During Burglary In South Huntingdon Twp.

SOUTH HUNTINGDON TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- State police are investigating a bizarre burglary at a woman's home in Westmoreland County.

Investigators say it happened last week at a home in the 1000-block of Plummer School Road in South Huntingdon Township.

According to police, the suspect took several pieces of jewelry from a jewelry box on the victim's dresser in a bedroom.

State police say the suspect is then accused of taking clippers from the victim's dresser to give themselves a haircut.

The suspect then put the hair in the garbage can and the clippers back into the drawer.

So far, police have not identified any suspects.
