1 Hospitalized After Overnight Brighton Heights Crash
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- One person was injured when a car slammed into a utility pole overnight in Brighton Heights.
The accident happened around 1:30 a.m. in the 1200-block of Benton Avenue.
Officials say the driver of the car was trapped inside when emergency crews arrived at the scene.
He was pulled from the vehicle and rushed to a local hospital. So far, there's been no word on his condition.
Two other people reportedly walked away from the scene.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
