WEST DEER (KDKA) – Firefighters battled an early Sunday morning fire after an explosion at a West Deer golf course.

According to our news partners at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the explosion happened in a warehouse at the Rose Ridge Golf Course around 12:30 a.m.

It took firefighters several hours to contain the fire and the extent of the damage is unknown.

The cause of the fire is unknown and the county fire marshal is investigating.

There are no reported injuries.
