Best Tailgating Playlist For Pittsburgh

Nothing kicks off a great football fete like these 10 Pittsburgh parodies and fight songs essential for the ultimate Steelers tailgating playlist.

"Here We Go" is one of the city's favorite and undeniably the most iconic Steelers song. It is available for download at www.steelersfightsong.com.

2. "We Will Rock You" by Queen
There are few rock songs that get football fans as pumped up as Queen's "We Will Rock You." Put this one on repeat and get ready to kick some Ravens' tail.

3. "Heartbreakers" by The Pop Rocks
Butler County's pre-teen band from the Davis School of Guitar Performance got a big break in 2009 with its Steel City spin on Pat Benatar's "Heartbreaker" belting out lyrics like "We're the Raven-haters/ring takers/shame makers/don't you mess with Steeler D." This jam is available for download on iTunes.

4. "Black and Yellow" by Wiz Khalifa
Pittsburgh's own Wiz Khalifa earned his first number-one single in the United States with his song "Black and Yellow," a title that pays homage to Khalifa's hometown and its sports teams. It is available for download on iTunes.

5. "Pittsburgh Steelers Polka" by Jimmy Psihoulis
No Steelers tailgating playlist would be complete without the touchdown of black-and-gold fight songs. The "Pittsburgh Steelers Polka" honors legendary players like "Bradshaw and Rocky and Franco and Lynn" to the melody of the "Pennsylvania Polka." It is available for download at www.steelergridiron.com

6. "Puhlahmahlu" by Mr. Devious
Following the butchering of strong-safety Troy Polamalu's name by Fox Sports announcer Dick Stockton during a 2005 season game between the Steelers and Chicago Bears, Pittsburgh's Mr. Devious created this incredibly addictive song set to Piero Umiliani's "Mah Nà Mah Nà." It is available for download at www.mrdevious.com.

7. "Steeler Nation Wave Your Towels" by Olivia West
If you love Ke$ha's hit "Take It Off," you'll love this funky dance mix that encourages all of Steeler Nation to grab their Terrible Towels and wave them with Pittsburgh pride. It is available for download on Amazon.com.

8. "Steeler Ladies" by In Acchord
In Acchord's 2010 parody of Beyonce's "Single Ladies" is especially for all of Pittsburgh's football-loving ladies who "wear black and gold/don't fit your mold – of what a lady should be." It is available for download at Amazon.com or at www.steelersladies.com.

9. "The 12th Man" by Dusty Drake
There's no denying that Monaca-native Dusty Drake is a die-hard Steelers fan with lyrics like "The Steeler history's clear, just look at their past/They hit you in the mouth and knock you right on your—well—/We bleed black and gold with Keisel, Smith and Hampton/They eat up running backs like a big Primanti sandwich." For those fans "baptized in beer" who believe "The Lord loves a Steelers fan," this one's for you. It is available for download on iTunes.

10. "We Are the Champions" by Queen
What better way to celebrate another Steelers win while pulling out of the lot than with this champion anthem blasting from your speakers? It is available for download on iTunes.
