11 Children Evacuated After Daycare Electrical Fire
McKees Rocks (KDKA)— 11 children were evacuated after an electrical fire erupted in the bathroom of a daycare center.
All children were removed from the "Train Up A Child Daycare Center" located on the 11-block of Chartiers Avenue.
The children were evacuated safely and transferred to another facility owned by the daycare facility.
KDKA learned that this was a very small fire and minimal damage was sustained to the building.
Investigators are continuing to investigate how the fire started.
