NFL Network Host Rich Eisen: The Road Is Treacherous on Thursdays
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) -- NFL Network studio host Rich Eisen joined The Fan Morning Show to preview tonight's Steelers/Titans game, which can be seen at 8:20 p.m. nationally on the network (and locally on Pittsburgh's CW).
He said that there is a clear pattern of road teams being at a disadvantage in Thursday night games, coming off a short week.
He told some of the backstory surrounding the 2012 Titans, discussing the team's failed offseason pursuit of Peyton Manning, as well as running back Chris Johnson's puzzling woes.
He also offered a little behind-the-scenes look at some of the work he does for the network and for his podcast.
